Paul Kramer

Founder

A Loyalty Program Expert, Marketing Professor, Points Junkie and Brand Evangelist, Paul brings over 25 years of marketing experience, including 20 years working with some of the world’s largest loyalty programs, to The Loyalty Advisors.  As a Marketing Professor at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, Paul teaches graduate level classes in Strategic Brand Management, Customer Driven Marketing and Customer Loyalty.  Before founding The Loyalty Advisors, a NYC based loyalty program consulting company, Paul held a variety of positions at Visa, American Express, Viacom and J Walter Thompson advertising.  He was also a 10-year member of the Professional Golfers Association of America.  A graduate of Miami University (B.A.) and Fordham University (MBA), Paul lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and teenage son.  He is an avid skier and golfer and is training for his 4th triathlon.
